Lichtfaktor – painting with light
Digital Cameras are getting better and better with shorter and shorter exposure times. This kick started lightwriting and lightpainting as new movement in creative photography, building wounderful mash ups of reality and luminous unseen. With digital photography it is also possible to shot thousands of photos, so why not make stop motion lightwriting movies?!
Cologne based LICHTFAKTOR collective is a pioneer at lightwriting in germany. At LICHTFAKTOR creative lab, elements ranging from photography, design, graffiti, computer art and video to jugglery and dance blend into an exciting urban art form that communicates on a global level.
